What You’ll Do
Operational Leadership
- Oversee daily store operations from opening to closing, ensuring smooth workflows and product availability.
- Maintain health, safety, and hygiene standards, including cleanliness, inventory management, and waste reduction.

Key Qualifications
✔ Proven leadership in a managerial role (retail or hospitality preferred). ✔ Ability to lead teams effectively and inspire excellence. ✔ Adaptability to shift work including weekends and holidays. ✔ Commitment to customer-centric service exceeding expectations. ✔ Capability to handle fast-paced, high-pressure situations.
