Store Manager – Swansea Oxford St.

About The Job

Store Location: Swansea, Oxford St.

Store Hours: 42.5 hrs/week

As a Store Manager, you’ll be at the heart of it all — guiding a team, shaping a positive culture, and creating a space where people feel supported, valued, and inspired.

You’ll:

  • Coach, motivate, and celebrate wins — big and small.
  • Bring energy, confidence, and a customer-first mindset.
  • Use data to keep things on track and moving forward.

The Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Lead the store by building a brilliant team and setting clear direction.
  • Take ownership of hiring and coaching, merchandising, and payroll.
  • Collaborate with District and Regional Managers to drive growth, improvement, and success.
