About The Job
Store Location: Swansea, Oxford St.
Store Hours: 42.5 hrs/week

The Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Lead the store by building a brilliant team and setting clear direction.
- Take ownership of hiring and coaching, merchandising, and payroll.
- Collaborate with District and Regional Managers to drive growth, improvement, and success.
