The Role

About You

We’re searching for an industry-seasoned professional with a retail leadership track record. A "can-do" attitude isn’t optional—it’s essential. We require:

  • Previous experience as a Store Manager (or equivalent senior leadership role) in retail
  • Financial acumen:
    • Clear understanding of business metrics
    • Exposure to KPIs and working aggressively to targets
  • Exceptional recruitment ability—you play matchmaker with talent, sensing potential and helping unleash it
