The Role

- Aligning your team to achieve performance targets

About You
We’re searching for an industry-seasoned professional with a retail leadership track record. A "can-do" attitude isn’t optional—it’s essential. We require:
- Previous experience as a Store Manager (or equivalent senior leadership role) in retail
- Financial acumen:
- Clear understanding of business metrics
- Exposure to KPIs and working aggressively to targets
- Exceptional recruitment ability—you play matchmaker with talent, sensing potential and helping unleash it
