Vivienne Westwood is looking for a Store Manager to join the Retail Team in the World’s End Store on a full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Store keyholder – opening and closing the store
  • Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports regarding store performance
  • Cashing up the till and other banking duties
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Being point of contact for any staff or customer issues
  • Resolving customer complaints in a timely manner
  • Processing product deliveries and movements on CEGID
  • Participating in annual stock takes as well as carrying out line checks throughout the year
  • Processing mail orders, stock transfers, stock deliveries
  • Merchandising the shop floor
  • Supervising and motivating staff
  • Coaching and training staff
  • Addressing staff performance issues with company policies and procedures
  • Execute disciplinary actions when necessary
  • Event management – Marketing and Promotions
  • Maintain high standards of visual merchandising
  • Brand representation
  • Policy and Procedure Compliance
