Zachary Daniels is recruiting for a passionate and driven Store Manager to lead a thriving fashion retail store in Monmouth.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Store Manager, Retail Manager or ambitious Assistant Manager ready to take the next step in their career. If you're passionate about people, customer experience and driving commercial success within fashion retail, we'd love to hear from you.

The Role
As Store Manager, you'll take full ownership of the store, leading your team to deliver exceptional customer service while driving sales, profitability and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing store team
- Drive sales, KPIs and commercial performance
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience at every opportunity
- Maintain outstanding visual merchandising standards
- Manage stock, deliveries and inventory accuracy
- Recruit, train and develop future talent
- Ensure excellent operational and compliance standards
- Create a positive, energetic and customer-focused store culture
About You
To be successful in this Store Manager role you'll have:
- Previous experience as a Store Manager, Retail Manager, Branch Manager or Assistant Manager within fashion retail or a customer-focused retail environment
- A proven track record of delivering sales growth and achieving KPIs
- Strong leadership and people development skills
- A hands-on management style with the ability to lead from the shop floor
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating high-performing teams
