Mode Search is proud to be partnering with a luxury brand to recruit an experienced Store Manager. We are seeking an inspiring leader to oversee a flagship boutique at the brand’s Harrods location. The role: Lead by example on the sales floor, coaching and inspiring the team to achieve store KPIs and deliver unparalleled service. Demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset and strategic vision across sales, client experience, and team development. Build deep market understanding, stay attuned to competitor practices, and cultivate strong community networks to enhance client engagement. Ensure operational excellence, compliance, and seamless collaboration across client-facing and support teams. Create an inclusive, supportive environment that empowers people to reach their potential while celebrating innovation and resilience. Motivate and guide the team to exceed goals, adopt new tools and systems, and embrace evolving ways of working. Partner with regional and central teams, sharing valuable insights to support business needs.

Requirements: 7–10 years of sales management experience, ideally in luxury or premium retail. Proven track record of achieving commercial success and leading clienteling strategies in an omnichannel environment. Inspirational leader with strong recruitment, development, and talent retention skills. Passion for luxury retail; expertise in high-end categories is a plus. Strong network with ability to expand and nurture client relationships. Highly organized with a history of operational excellence and experience managing inventory accuracy. Adept with digital tools and performance KPIs. Flexible schedule, with ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
