Location: Fox Valley Employment Type: Full Time (37.5 hours per week) Note: This is a new store opening in May/June 2026.

Purpose of the Role
You will be responsible for driving consistent improvement to the store’s sales, KPIs, and overall measured success. Your key focus areas include:
- Recruiting, retaining, motivating, and developing the team to drive store success.
- Maintaining exceptional visual merchandising standards throughout the store.
- Creating a delightful shopping experience for customers every time.

Responsibilities
- Delivering like-for-like (LFL) growth in store sales and performance against KPIs.
- Ensuring impeccable visual merchandising, effective space use, and stock visibility.
- Complying with instructions from senior retail team members.
- Developing, reviewing, and appraising your team based on performance while managing underperformance.
- Maintaining brand integrity through consistent team behaviours and uniform standards.
- Controlling payroll and store expenditures to stay within budget.
- Training and inducting the team to deliver excellent customer service.
