Hush - Store Manager Opportunity

Hush is a female-founded and female-led fashion brand with big growth plans to double the business over the next few years. Founded over 20 years ago, we’re now stepping onto the high street - opening our first standalone store in Guildford this September.

This is a big moment for us. And a rare opportunity to be part of it from the very beginning. We create a beautiful range of women’s clothing and accessories, defined by effortless style, thoughtful design and a relaxed way of living. Our culture reflects that - collaborative, entrepreneurial and grounded in doing things well.

About the Role

We're looking for a passionate and commercially driven Store Manager to launch and lead our brand-new Marlow store. This is a unique opportunity to build a team from the ground up, establish Hush within the local community and create a store that customers love to visit.

You'll take full ownership of your store's performance, creating an environment where customers love to shop, colleagues love to work and commercial success naturally follows.

Leading from the front, you'll create an exceptional customer experience by building genuine connections, inspiring customers through styling advice and ensuring every visit feels personal. You'll coach your team to confidently represent the Hush brand, delivering consistently warm, knowledgeable service that keeps customers coming back.

You'll use data and commercial insight to drive sales, identify opportunities and maximise store performance. From visual merchandising and stock management to rota planning, budgeting and operational excellence, you'll ensure every aspect of the store reflects the Hush brand and operates to the highest standard.

People are at the heart of everything you do. You'll recruit, coach and develop a high-performing team, creating an inclusive culture where everyone feels valued, supported and empowered to grow. Working closely with your Retail Manager, Head Office teams and external partners, you'll play an important role in the successful launch of our Marlow store and the continued growth of Hush Retail.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
