STORE MANAGER - BICESTER VILLAGE
Leading all aspects of store management, the Store Manager builds and leads a high-performing team focused on driving the business. The role is accountable for achieving operational budgets and developing and maintaining a proactive business plan.
Major Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
People • Inspire, lead, and coach the store team to foster a culture of performance and accountability • Recruit, train, and develop top talent to build a team of Jet Set Ambassadors • Drive retention through effective Talent and Succession planning • Support and follow up on all training and onboarding initiatives • Conduct regular performance evaluations, providing ongoing feedback and coaching • Proactively manage HR matters in partnership with HR, ensuring grooming and image standards align with brand policy • Partner with DM to review PTS integrity and identify improvement opportunities • Collaborate with retail partners on sales strategies, product knowledge, brand standards, and service • Role model company behaviors and ensure effective use of the Service behavior toolkit • Lead the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences that drive loyalty and repeat business • Ensure consistent client communication through all clienteling tools • Actively manage the client database to drive sales growth • Maintain a strong floor presence and lead by example • Coach and empower teams to resolve customer service issues in the customer’s best interest • Drive incremental revenue through local customer events • Build strong relationships with the District Manager, corporate partners, mall offices, and peer stores to drive district-wide performance

Sales • Meet and exceed sales goals, holding self and team accountable • Analyze reports and implement action plans to achieve or exceed targets • Partner with the team on Quarterly Planners to support strong business outcomes • Communicate business results and opportunities, driving sales and product knowledge • Set and clearly communicate sales and unit goals for Jet Set Ambassadors
Operations • Ensure store maintenance and audit programs align with brand standards • Control expenses and continuously seek cost-saving opportunities • Maintain inventory integrity through bi-annual inventories • Prioritize loss prevention, taking swift action on risks in partnership with LPRM • Optimize scheduling to ensure the right people are in the right place at the right time • Partner with DVM to execute visual merchandising directives and strategies • Collaborate with logistics and product teams to maintain optimal assortment, size, and style integrity • Ensure effective use of all company communication platforms and follow-up on required actions
Job Requirements • Proven retail management experience in a fast-paced environment • Charismatic, inspirational leadership style • Strong technology proficiency to drive sales and customer experience • Ability to thrive under pressure in a dynamic environment • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and follow-up skills with strong attention to detail • Proficiency in Retail Math, KPIs, and Microsoft Office • Fluent in English — The Company is an equal employment opportunity employer. The range for this position will vary based on role requirements, skill set, and years of experience. Please note that for salaried roles, the figures reflect full-time equivalency, while for hourly roles, the figures represent the applicable hourly rate.
Compensation Range: 45,000.00 - 65,000.00 GBP
