Role: Retail Store Manager – IQOS
Location: Westfield White City, London
Salary: £36,500 to £40,000
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 40 hours per week
Benefits: Competitive salary, performance-related monthly store bonus, pension

The Role: Store Manager
We’re looking for an experienced leader who can inspire a team, drive operational excellence, and deliver outstanding store performance. If you excel at coaching, motivating, and developing staff while achieving ambitious sales targets, this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a retail team, setting clear performance expectations and delivering ongoing feedback
- Drive sales performance and ensure the store achieves or exceeds targets
- Oversee all operational aspects of the store including stock management, reporting, cash handling, and opening/closing procedures
- Implement strategies to improve store efficiency, customer experience, and team engagement
- Maintain high product knowledge and ensure your team is fully trained and confident in communicating IQOS features
- Adhere to all compliance guidelines within regulated sector

About You:
- Excels at leading, motivating, and developing a high-performing team
- Is results-driven and accountable for achieving store targets
- Has strong operational knowledge and experience managing all aspects of a retail
- Demonstrates strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Is customer-focused, enthusiastic, and passionate about delivering excellence
- Builds strong relationships with team members and stakeholders
