Store Manager – H&M Newry

Permanent Full-Time Position (39 hours, including 7-day rotational flexibility)

Based in the H&M Newry store, the ideal Store Manager will lead the customer experience, ensuring high visual and commercial standards aligned with global strategies—tailored to the local context. Industry experience is beneficial, but sales drive and leadership potential is what matters most.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership & Team Management

    • Spearhead your store team to deliver an outstanding customer experience
    • Recruit, onboard, and develop staff while fostering an inclusive, collaborative culture shaped by innovation and growth
    • Represent the brand professionally in all customer interactions
  • Commercial & Operational Excellence

    • Analyse sales performance to set SMART goals, optimise profits, and manage stock levels effectively
    • Monitor local market dynamics and competitor positioning while leveraging store-specific strengths
    • Collaborate with Office Support and external teams to drive continuous store performance improvements
  • Visual & Commercial Strategy

    • Maintain high visual merchandising standards that captivate customers and align with brand vision
    • Drive progress through data-driven insights and proactive problem-solving
