STORE MANAGER - NEWRY
Store Manager (39 hours) – H&M Newry
Our permanent full-time Store Manager position (39 hours per week) based in the H&M Newry store requires 7-day flexibility, including weekends.
### About the Role
As a Store Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional customer experience, maintaining high commercial and visual standards in alignment with global strategies while tailoring them to your local context.
- Act in accordance with H&M’s core values to drive both personal success and organisational growth.
- Lead your team, set goals, and ensure the store performs at its best—from sales optimisation to stock management—while staying aware of market trends and competitive landscapes.
### Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Development
- Inspire and manage your store team, ensuring they deliver outstanding customer service every day.
- Recruit, onboard, and nurture talent, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and inclusivity.

Commercial & Strategic Oversight
- Analyse sales performance and devise actionable plans to boost profitability, optimise stock levels, and meet store targets.
- Stay ahead of local trends, understand customer needs, and benchmark against competitors.
