About the Role

Take the lead in your own Co-op store as a Store Manager, with full responsibility for improving your community.

As a full-time Store Manager, you’ll contribute to a brand where:

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop your team to ensure outstanding customer service and align with Co-op values
  • Foster an inclusive, high-performing culture where colleagues feel valued and empowered
  • Take commercial ownership of your store—using data-driven insights to boost sales and achieve financial targets
  • Maintain store standards: ensure safety, compliance, and smooth operations
  • Handle full HR responsibilities, from recruitment and development to team performance decisions
