Store Manager (Marks & Spencer) – Leadership Role

About the Role

Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and executing the store’s commercial strategy, driving commercial, operational, visual, and workplace performance against key retail metrics.
- Leading with clarity to ensure every colleague understands their role and is held accountable for delivery.
