Store Manager (Marks & Spencer) – Leadership Role

About the Role

Marks & Spencer is transforming retail, blending technology, innovation, and exceptional service to create a more conscious, customer-centric experience. As a Store Manager, you’ll own the entire operation, turning ambition into impact while empowering your team to shape the future of M&S.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and executing the store’s commercial strategy, driving commercial, operational, visual, and workplace performance against key retail metrics.
  • Leading with clarity to ensure every colleague understands their role and is held accountable for delivery.
  • Nationally owning transformation initiatives, landing big changes with urgency and pace while maintaining exceptional service and profit.
  • Cultivating a high-performance culture through coaching, talent development, and a workplace colleagues love.
  • Turning data into action, making fast decisions to boost profit, service quality, and operational efficiency.
  • Driving the digital revolution in retail, ensuring teams sell seamlessly across all platforms and channels.
  • Being the voice of your store, representing colleagues honestly and ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Creating an exceptional customer journey through sharp standards, vibrant merchandising, and diverse teams that go above and beyond.
