The Role
The role of Store Manager within Wickes is essential—offering high potential and growth opportunities. We’re looking for a proven leader with a track record of success, someone who thrives at managing both workload and responsibility while ensuring safety is always a priority.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organise and lead your team to meet targets and targets
- Motivate colleagues and ensure excellent customer service

About You: Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking an experienced Store Manager in a retail environment. You’ll need:
