The role
As Store Manager, you'll take full ownership of your store's performance, driving sales, profitability, and operational excellence. You'll lead by example, bringing Pandora's values to life while creating an inclusive, motivated team culture where people can thrive.
Drive commercial success
- Take ownership of sales, profitability, and overall store performance
- Analyse commercial results and use insights to make confident decisions and take targeted actions that maximise opportunities
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience that builds loyalty across both in-store and omnichannel services, including click & collect and endless aisle
- Inspire your team to deliver world-class selling through exceptional product knowledge and storytelling
- Ensure visual merchandising and store presentation consistently reflect Pandora's brand standards
Deliver operational excellence
- Turn business goals into clear action plans, ensuring strong execution and measurable results
- Plan effective store schedules that balance commercial priorities with operational needs
- Build a flexible, high-performing team structure that adapts to changing business demands
- Oversee stock management to minimise loss and maximise sales
- Ensure full compliance with health & safety, security, data privacy, and company policies
Lead & develop your team
- Role model Pandora's values of dreaming, daring, caring and delivering while creating a positive, inclusive and engaging workplace
- Build a high-performance culture through regular coaching, feedback, and performance management
- Support team members' growth by identifying development opportunities and preparing future leaders
- Recruit, develop, and retain top talent while building strong succession plans for key roles

The successful candidate
As a brand ambassador, you’ll be a confident and inspiring leader who combines commercial focus with a passion for people, customers, and delivering exceptional retail experiences.
You’ll Bring
- Proven experience driving sales, profitability, and commercial performance, and operational excellence in store, ideally within a leading, customer-focused retail or desirable consumer brand environment
- Experience leading, coaching, and developing high-performing teams
- Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to analyse data, identify opportunities, and take action to improve results
- Ability to translate local and global business strategy into store plans that deliver against store, regional, and divisional KPIs
- Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
- The flexibility and adaptability to respond to changing business needs
- A passion for creating exceptional customer experiences and building customer loyalty
- A positive, can-do attitude and genuine enthusiasm for Pandora’s products and values
