Store Manager – Luxury Cashmere Brand
Salary: up to £50,000 + Bonus + Benefits
Location: Central London
We are partnering with a prestigious luxury fashion brand renowned for its exceptional craftsmanship, timeless collections, and outstanding client experience. We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a boutique in Central London.
This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate retail leader to manage a high-performing team, drive commercial success, and deliver an exceptional luxury customer journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team, fostering a positive and high-performance culture.
- Drive sales performance, maximise conversion, and consistently achieve commercial targets.
- Deliver an exceptional and personalised client experience, ensuring the highest standards of luxury service.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with local and international clients through effective clienteling and CRM activities.
- Monitor and analyse store KPIs, identifying opportunities to improve sales, conversion, ATV, and customer engagement.
- Oversee all aspects of store operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, scheduling, and compliance with company standards.
- Recruit, coach, and develop team members through regular feedback and performance management.

About You
- Previous experience as a Store Manager within luxury or premium fashion.
- Strong commercial mindset with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Passion for delivering exceptional client service and creating memorable shopping experiences.
- Experienced in leading, coaching, and developing retail teams.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills.
- Strong understanding of luxury clienteling, CRM, and KPI management.
- Passion for premium fashion, craftsmanship, and luxury retail.
