Store Manager – Derby Store Launch
Let’s get cooking! Join ProCook as Store Manager and lead the launch of our brand-new Derby Store in the Derbython Centre.
About the Role
This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll:
- Build a high-performing team from day one
- Create a strong store culture and exceptional customer experiences
- Drive commercial results through strong leadership, coaching, and day-to-day operations
You’ll lead by example, work closely with your Regional Manager, and ensure smooth operations across sales, stock, and standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and inspire a team to deliver outstanding customer experiences
- Drive sales and performance through strong commercial focus and KPI tracking
- Oversee daily operations (stock, merchandising, and compliance)
- Build a positive, high-energy team culture centred on engagement and goals
- Use performance data to inform decisions and improve store results
What You’ll Bring
- Minimum 3+ years’ Store Manager experience (essential)
- Retail or hospitality experience (mandatory)
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Commercial awareness and confidence in using sales data
- Exceptional communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
- Strong operational skills

Hours: 40 per week on a rota basis, including weekends.
(One full weekend off, one weekend on, one Saturday off, one Sunday off within a 4-week cycle.)
Onboarding Support
- Mandatory training: 2 days at the Store Support Centre, Gloucester
- 4–8 weeks at a training store (timing and order may vary)
