About the Role
As a Lidl Store Manager, you’ll lead confidently with responsibilities ranging from store ownership to team development and customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Do
As the Store Manager, you’ll provide confident leadership in:
- Building and inspiring your team with proven company values
- Ensuring excellent customer service in every interaction
- Optimising store operations to achieve well-defined KPIs
- Resolving issues and streamlining workflows for a seamless experience
- Monitoring and improving store performance through data-driven decisions
What You’ll Need
We’re looking for a leader with:
- Experience managing and developing teams in a fast-paced, challenging environment
- Strong time-management, delegation, and problem-solving skills
- A commitment to exceptional service, ensuring customers and colleagues feel supported
- Excellent communication—navigating conversations with clarity and confidence
- The ability to track and enhance store metrics and performance indicators, ensuring continual growth
