About the Role
As a Lidl Store Manager, you’ll lead confidently with responsibilities ranging from store ownership to team development and customer satisfaction.
You’ll:
- Own your store’s performance, ensuring every customer leaves delighted
- Develop and inspire your team, guiding them to reach their potential

What You’ll Do
As the Store Manager, you’ll provide confident leadership in:
- Building and inspiring your team with proven company values

- The ability to track and enhance store metrics and performance indicators, ensuring continual growth
