About the Role

As a Lidl Store Manager, you’ll lead confidently with responsibilities ranging from store ownership to team development and customer satisfaction.

You’ll:

What You’ll Do

As the Store Manager, you’ll provide confident leadership in:

  • Building and inspiring your team with proven company values
  • Ensuring excellent customer service in every interaction
  • Optimising store operations to achieve well-defined KPIs
  • Resolving issues and streamlining workflows for a seamless experience
  • Monitoring and improving store performance through data-driven decisions

What You’ll Need

  • Strong time-management, delegation, and problem-solving skills
  • A commitment to exceptional service, ensuring customers and colleagues feel supported
  • Excellent communication—navigating conversations with clarity and confidence
  • The ability to track and enhance store metrics and performance indicators, ensuring continual growth
