Store Manager

Store Manager | East London | up to £40,000

Zachary Daniels is exclusively working with an exquisite Store in the heart of East London. This rare opportunity is one not to be missed; they are looking for a dynamic, client-focused Store Manager to lead the stunning flagship location, putting them at the sharp end of the client’s retail portfolio.

The ideal candidate will ideally have a strong fashion or accessory background, with an excellent commercial focus and experience managing a larger team.


Roles and Responsibilities

As the Store Manager of this high-profile flagship store, you will be part of the senior leadership team and participate in a range of national and local events and meetings.

  • Nurture the client experience to the highest standards.
  • Collaborate closely with the team to drive sales and foster long-term brand loyalty.
  • Lead the store to consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Develop structured client-development activities among team members to attract new and existing clients.
  • Oversee operational efficiency of the back-of-house team, ensuring alignment with established procedures.
  • Identify and implement efficiencies and best practices.
  • Maintain strict compliance with all internal control procedures.

Additional Duties

  • Work with the marketing team to develop and execute initiatives aimed at increasing store traffic and sales.
  • Analyse sales data and market trends to spot growth opportunities.
  • Stay current with trends, competitors, and customer preferences in the retail fashion market.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in retail management, ideally within fashion or luxury retail.
  • Open to Area Managers or Regional Managers transitioning into a single-store leadership role.
  • A track record of meeting sales targets and managing high-performing teams.
  • Strong leadership and inspirational skills, with the ability to motivate others.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, essential for both customers and staff.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic approach to sales data and market trends.
