The Ideal Profile

To excel here, you’ll need:

The Foundation

  • At least 7-10 years in sales management, with a proven knack for achieving commercial excellence in luxury, omnichannel retail.
  • Nurtured experiences combining clienteling, sales leadership, and operational oversight.
  • A people leader—inspiring, trusted, and skilled at attracting, developing, and retaining talent across multiple departments.

The Skills

  • Profound expertise in high-end retail or jewelry/watches.
  • An extensive network with abiding connections to thrive in private, bespoke client engagements.
  • Exceptional operational acumen, ensuring store inventory and seamless multi-channel experiences.
  • Master of KPI management and digital retail tools—essential for a forward-focused luxury retail store.
  • Punctual, adaptable, willing to engage in non-traditional hours (holidays, evenings, weekends).
