Daily Responsibilities & Challenges
Your role will be dynamic—expect variety:
- Managing deliveries, placing orders, and scheduling shifts to meet operational efficiency targets
- Fulfilling people-management duties, including performance discussions, handling customer queries, and conducting till spot checks
- Focused on maximising sales, delivering excellent customer service, minimising costs, and optimising operational efficiency
