What We're Looking For
- Proven success in a Store Manager role
- Strong experience managing and improving KPIs
- An energetic leader who thrives in a performance-driven environment
- Confidence coaching, developing and motivating teams
- Experience leading teams through change and driving improvement
- Background in product-led retail or sales environments preferred
- Optical experience isn't required - we'll provide all the training you need
