What We're Looking For

  • Proven success in a Store Manager role
  • Strong experience managing and improving KPIs
  • An energetic leader who thrives in a performance-driven environment
  • Confidence coaching, developing and motivating teams
  • Experience leading teams through change and driving improvement
  • Background in product-led retail or sales environments preferred
  • Optical experience isn't required - we'll provide all the training you need
