The Role

As Store Manager, you'll take ownership of the store, leading your team to deliver exceptional customer service while driving sales, KPIs, and commercial performance.

You'll lead from the front, creating an engaging shopping experience, building lasting customer relationships, and ensuring the store is presented to the highest standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing retail team.
  • Driving sales, KPIs, and overall store performance.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service and creating loyal customers.
  • Maintaining outstanding visual merchandising and store presentation.
  • Managing stock, store operations, and compliance.
  • Recruiting, developing, and retaining talented colleagues.
  • Taking full ownership of the day-to-day running of the store.

What We're Looking For

You'll have experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Manager, or Department Manager within fashion, premium, or lifestyle retail.
