Your Mission
We are looking for a Store Manager to lead our Venchi store at Selfridges London, driving sales performance, fostering team development, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. As a key part of Venchi’s growth strategy, our Retail channel continues to expand rapidly, making this an exciting opportunity to develop your career within a premium, international, and fast-growing environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the store’s P&L (profit and loss).
- Lead, motivate and develop the store team (shifts, training, performance).
- Ensure excellence in customer experience and retail sales.
- Monitor retail KPIs (revenue, conversion rate, average transaction value).
- Plan shifts, holidays, and daily operations.
- Oversee warehouse, stock, and inventory management.
- Implement visual merchandising guidelines.
- Collaborate with the Cluster Manager to achieve targets.
The Ideal Candidate
- At least 2 years of experience as a Store Manager / Retail Manager
- Experience in team management within retail
- Strong experience managing KPIs and sales performance
- Availability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Fluent in English
- Experience in food retail, gelato, chocolate, or horeca
- Experience in international retail environments
- … and of course a chocolate and gelato lover!
