Store Manager | Manchester | Lifestyle Retail | £33,000 + Bonus
We are recruiting for an experienced Store Manager to lead a successful retail store in Manchester. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on retail manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys leading from the front, and has a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and commercial results.
As a Store Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day store operation, leading your team to achieve sales targets, maintain excellent retail standards, and create a great customer experience.

Store Manager Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and develop a retail team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service
- Be a visible, hands-on leader, working alongside your team to drive performance and create a positive store environment
- Manage all store operations, including stock control, visual merchandising, compliance, and health & safety
- Drive commercial performance through effective KPI management and sales analysis
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop your team to maximise performance
- Maintain excellent retail standards across store presentation and customer experience

The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, or senior retail leader
- Experience managing a fast-paced retail environment with a hands-on approach to leadership
- A strong people manager who leads by example and enjoys developing teams
- Commercially focused with experience delivering against sales targets and KPIs
- Passionate about retail, customer service, and creating memorable customer experiences
