Since then, we’ve grown rapidly and now operate around 1000 stores across ten markets. Our expansion now continues in Ireland, and we’re looking for a Store Manager to join our adventure in Ireland! The Job: As a Store Manager, you will play a key role in providing customers with unique shopping experience, ensuring strong development and profitability in the store, and fostering engaged employees. Your responsibilities will include: Recruiting and building your team Focusing on customers - making sure everyone feels welcome and wants to return Coaching and motivating your employees in an open and positive environment. Ensuring high store standards with a focus on sales and profitability. Creating inspiring and sales-ready product displays Reaching and exceeding store budget targets Who are you?
