Then keep reading 👇🏼 NORMAL is a young and dynamic Danish retail chain that opened its first store in April 2013. Since then, we’ve grown rapidly and now operate around 1000 stores across ten markets. Our expansion now continues in Ireland, and we’re looking for a Store Manager to join our adventure in Ireland! Could that be you? We are looking for at Store Manager for our new store in Sligo. As a Store Manager at NORMAL, you will have the opportunity to join a fantastic journey in a company with an open and friendly atmosphere. The Job: As a Store Manager, you will play a key role in providing customers with unique shopping experience, ensuring strong development and profitability in the store, and fostering engaged employees. Your responsibilities will include: Recruiting and building your team Focusing on customers - making sure everyone feels welcome and wants to return Coaching and motivating your employees in an open and positive environment. Ensuring high store standards with a focus on sales and profitability. Creating inspiring and sales-ready product displays Reaching and exceeding store budget targets Who are you? With a strong business mindset and a passion for operational excellence, you’re ready to take ownership and help shape something not seen in Ireland before. You're motivated by results, comfortable working with budgets and KPIs, and eager to contribute to the development of NORMAL’s unique retail concept. You lead with positivity and presence – and you don’t just talk the talk, you walk the walk.
