About the Role
Your day will vary—one moment you’ll be managing deliveries, placing orders, and scheduling staff to meet productivity targets. The next, you could be focused on people management, performance reviews, handling customer inquiries, or conducting till spot checks. Your core responsibility will be leading the store towards:
- Maximising sales
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Minimising costs while optimising productivity
Our Store Managers drive success by motivating and developing teams to deliver outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities
- Employee management, development, and performance optimization
- Strong operational leadership with short- and long-term business decision-making
- Ensuring high customer service standards
- Effective stakeholder and branch communication for sales development, stock control, and financial oversight
- Cost management and sales target achievement
- Overseeing property maintenance and financial management of the store

About You
Ideal candidates are:
- Experienced people-managers able to drive a team effectively
- Proven track record of leading in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
- Skilled in time management, cost control, and productivity enhancement
- Motivated to consistently meet and exceed targets
