Store/Retail/Counter Manager – Prestige Beauty

We are seeking a dynamic and inspirational Store/Retail/Counter Manager to lead, coach, and develop our team of Sales Associates, ensuring all sales, customer service, and operational targets are achieved. Ideally, you have proven leadership, coaching, and business management skills shaped in a fast-paced retail environment.


About the Role

This is a transformative opportunity—essentially a chance to act as the Chief Executive Officer of your own store for our prestigious beauty leader.

  • You’ll be fully accountable for crafting and executing an agile business plan to drive recruitment, customer retention, and growth.
  • Strategic targeting of customers will underpin success alongside high-impact in-store events and exceptional customer relationship management.
  • Your ability to lead a high-performing team is critical to achieving results.

Requirements

Essential:

  • Proven experience in retail management or assistant retail management roles, ideally within cosmetics or beauty retail
  • Exceptional ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
  • Business planning expertise including:
    • Setting and meeting sales/customer service targets
    • Sales analysis
    • Staff scheduling
  • Retail operations knowledge:
    • Inventory and facilities management
    • Cash reconciliation
  • Proven experience leading teams to achieve sales/customer service targets
  • Hands-on experience in creating and executing in-store events
  • Commitment to working retail hours (days, nights, weekends, and special events) in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Familiarity with retail point-of-sale software
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
