Role: Store Manager (Full-Time, Permanent)

Location: Swindon Outlet Store

As part of our Retail team, you’ll lead our Store in Swindon Outlet, ensuring that targets are met, objectives are achieved, and operational excellence drives results.


Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Store Leadership

    • Plan and set the vision for the store’s long-term goals
  • Operational Management & Performance

    • Oversee and optimise overall store operations
    • Drive high performance through key commercial and operational decisions
  • Customer-Centric Leadership

    • Lead the store team to deliver an exceptional, personalised, and tailored customer experience
    • Uphold Reiss’ reputation for luxury and quality in every interaction and presentation
  • Stock & Commercial Acumen

    • Manage stock levels and make DATA-DRIVEN decisions to minimise shrinkage and loss
    • Ensure timely execution of promotions, merchandising, and sales strategies per agreed standards

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Qualifying Experience: Previous retail management experience in a similarly scaled operation A proven MEMORABLE track record of business performance growth within retail environments

  • Strategic Skills & Mindsets: Passion for premium/luxury retail (a welcome asset, though not essential—all retail backgrounds considered) Strong applied business acumen with hands-on experience in store profitability and profitability management Excellent retail merchandising and product management skills—with a keen eye for aesthetics, layout, and customer flow Ability to transition fluidly between customer service, operations, and technical retail functions Confidence working under high-pressure situations with unflappable composure in a fast-paced environment

  • Soft Skills & Attitude: Driven, self-motivated, and laser-focused on personal and team goals, prioritising results Astellar people manager: capable of coaching, developing, and motivating teams to peak performance Strong written and verbal communication—both a speaker and listener, translating brand values clearly
