  • Drive showroom performance and operational excellence

🎯 What do we need from you?

  • 2–3 years’ retail leadership experience in Magnet
  • Passion for people, service, and commercial growth
  • Strong leadership that motivates and empowers
  • Creative flair and flexibility across working patterns
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
