Store Manager
If you like the idea of running a £multi-million store and inspiring your team to be proud of everything you’ve achieved together, you’re going to find this a hugely rewarding role.
Daily Responsibilities
One day could find you sorting out deliveries, placing orders and scheduling hours to meet operational efficiency targets. The next, you might be focused on:
- People management and performance
- Customer queries handling
- Till spot checks
You’ll be responsible for:
- Maximising store sales
- Ensuring great customer service
- Minimising costs
- Optimising operational efficiency
Our Store Managers are passionate about achieving excellence whilst motivating and developing their teams to deliver outstanding service.

Requirementš
To excel in this role, you’ll need:
- Extensive experience in people management
- Proven track record of leading teams in fast-paced, stakeholder/customer-driven environments
- Skilled in:
- Time management
- Cost control
- Enhancing operational efficiency
- Strong motivation to consistently achieve targets

- Flexible working: 40 or 45-hour contracts over 5 days
