Store Manager – Full-Time Role (40 Hours/Week)
Restaurant Associates is seeking a dedicated Store Manager to ensure seamless operations across our team, maintaining high standards of efficiency, safety, and quality.

Your Key Responsibilities
As a Store Manager, you will:

Compliance & Safety
- Ensure full adherence to client and company health & safety procedures at all times
- Complete, maintain, and update Food Safety and Health & Safety paperwork as required

Hygiene & Storage Standards
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness in kitchens, storerooms, fridges, and working areas
- Report any health & safety hazards, issues, near-misses, or accidents immediately via protocols

Inventory & Equipment Control
- Supervise the correct storage, control, and use of machinery, cleaning materials, and chemicals
- Monitor and manage food deliveries, including receipt, storage, and stock rotation

Procurement & Documentation
- Process orders through nominated systems and select approved Compass vendors
- Check invoices, delivery notes, and report anomalies to your line manager
- Ensure the quality and freshness of food supplies; escalate any concerns

Logistics & Storage
- Assist with unloading deliveries, stock allocation, and operational tasks such as:
- Loading cages and wheeled trolleys
- Rotating and distributing stock efficiently
