Store Manager – Full-Time Role (40 Hours/Week)

Restaurant Associates is seeking a dedicated Store Manager to ensure seamless operations across our team, maintaining high standards of efficiency, safety, and quality.

Your Key Responsibilities

As a Store Manager, you will:

  • Compliance & Safety

    • Ensure full adherence to client and company health & safety procedures at all times
    • Complete, maintain, and update Food Safety and Health & Safety paperwork as required
  • Hygiene & Storage Standards

    • Maintain impeccable cleanliness in kitchens, storerooms, fridges, and working areas
    • Report any health & safety hazards, issues, near-misses, or accidents immediately via protocols
  • Inventory & Equipment Control

    • Supervise the correct storage, control, and use of machinery, cleaning materials, and chemicals
    • Monitor and manage food deliveries, including receipt, storage, and stock rotation

  • Procurement & Documentation

    • Process orders through nominated systems and select approved Compass vendors
    • Check invoices, delivery notes, and report anomalies to your line manager
    • Ensure the quality and freshness of food supplies; escalate any concerns
  • Logistics & Storage

    • Assist with unloading deliveries, stock allocation, and operational tasks such as:
      • Loading cages and wheeled trolleys
      • Rotating and distributing stock efficiently
