Boutique Manager – Luxury Menswear/Womenswear
Salary: £45,000–£50,000 + Bonus + Commission
Location: Marylebone
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate and develop a team of 7, including an Assistant Manager.
- Drive sales performance while delivering an exceptional luxury client experience.
- Proactively generate new business through outreach, networking, and client acquisition.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to maximise repeat business.
- Coach and develop the team to ensure consistency in service standards and commercial performance.
- Monitor boutique operations, ensuring the highest standards of presentation and customer experience.
- Foster an entrepreneurial culture, encouraging initiative and business development.

About You
- Previous management experience within luxury retail.
- Strong clienteling skills with the ability to build and maintain a loyal client base.
- Commercially driven with experience achieving sales targets.
- Passionate about coaching, developing, and motivating teams.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to business development.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Package & Benefits
- Salary: £45,000–£50,000
- Performance Bonus
- 1.5% commission when boutique sales targets are achieved
- Uniform allowance
- 50% staff discount
