Store Manager – Customer Focused Roles

Shifts: 38.75 hrs per week

  • Mon: 08:45–17:15
  • Tue: 11:45–20:15
  • Thu: 11:45–20:15
  • Fri: 08:45–17:15
  • Sat: 08:45–17:15

About the Role

You’ll lead a dynamic team to maximise sales, drive efficiencies, and achieve performance targets. Every day will be fast-paced, varied, and challenging, but rewarding.

At the heart of your work will be leading, coaching, and motivating teams. We’ll invest in your personal development early on, with flexible working options available.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire teams to deliver amazon service standards
  • Foster a commercial, operationally efficient, and safe work environment
  • Take a hands-on approach across all operations with the wider team
  • Collaborate with the Area Manager to grow the brand
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date communication for business needs Critical — impact on stock, performance goals, and customer satisfaction

About You
