Store Manager – Wells High Street (up to £37,000 per annum – Permanent)

What You’ll Do
Being a Store Manager means so much more than running a store—it’s about owning something and defining success. You’ll be responsible for:
- Meeting all customer needs and driving a strong customer service culture to boost NPS (Net Promoter Score), while also engaging with the local community to attract new customers
- Creating an inviting environment that customers will want to return to again and again
- Taking full ownership of:
- Sales and profit performance
- Team management and recognition
- Training and developing team members to help them thrive
