STORE MANAGER – ASHFORD OUTLET
£40,000–£43,000 + PERFORMANCE BONUS
I’m currently recruiting for an experienced and commercially driven Store Manager to lead an established fashion retail team in Ashford. This confidential appointment requires a strong people leader who can bring structure, accountability, and consistent performance while creating a positive and supportive team culture.
The Role:
- Lead, coach, and develop the store team through regular one-to-ones and clear development plans
- Drive commercial performance and deliver ambitious sales targets
- Create a culture of accountability, progression, and high performance
- Support and empower the wider management team
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to improve the client experience and overall store performance

The Ideal Profile:
- Proven Store Manager experience within fashion or premium retail
- Strong commercial awareness and confidence working with KPIs
- An excellent track record in coaching and developing teams
- A structured, proactive, and solutions-focused leadership style
- Confident stakeholder management and communication skills
- The ability to balance people development with commercial delivery
