What You’ll Need
- Leadership experience: Proven ability to lead and develop teams in high-pressure, fast-moving environments
- Strong organisational skills: Excellent time management, delegation, and problem-solving—under pressure if necessary
- Customer-first mindset: A passion for exceeding expectations for both colleagues and shoppers
- Communication skills: Ability to resolve complex conversations with tact and professionalism
- Performance focus: Confidence in monitoring, analysing, and improving key performance indicators
