Store Manager - ProCook - St Paul's, London
Join ProCook as our new Store Manager, and lead the launch of our brand-new One Change - St Pauls store in London.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll build a high-performing team from day one, create a strong store culture, and deliver an exceptional customer experience while driving strong commercial results.
You'll lead by example on the shop floor, coach and develop your team, and work closely with your Regional Manager to deliver the strategy, hit performance targets, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations across sales, stock, and standards.

You'll define daily objectives and actions to drive KPIs, develop monthly plans based on productivity targets, ensure excellent store administration, manage inventory and day-to-day operations and drive colleague wellbeing and engagement with regular 1-to-1's and making a genuine connection with your team by celebrating success!
You'll fit right in if you have high energy and a genuine passion for great customer service and retail leadership.
We're looking for someone who can motivate teams, drive performance, and create a great store environment for both customers and colleagues.
You'll need:
- Minimum 3+ years' Store Manager experience (essential)
- Experience in retail or hospitality is mandatory
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Commercial awareness and confidence using sales data
- Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
- Great operational skills
This full-time role requires 40 hours per week, working 5 days out of 7 on a rota basis, including weekends. The schedule consists of one full weekend off, one weekend on, one Saturday off, and one Sunday off within a 4-week cycle.
As part of your onboarding, you'll complete mandatory training including two days at our Store Support Centre in Gloucester and 4 to 8 weeks at one of our training stores. The timing and order of this training may vary.
