LONDON | CONCESSION MANAGER | LUXURY FASHION
£48,000 per annum + monthly bonus + full company benefits
360 Talent London is partnering with a contemporary luxury fashion brand renowned for its modern aesthetic, premium craftsmanship, and loyal international clientele. We are seeking an experienced Concession Manager to lead a high-performing concession within one of the most iconic department stores in London.
- Lead, inspire and develop a team to deliver exceptional client experiences and achieve commercial goals.
- Drive sales performance through KPI management, clienteling activities, and strong commercial leadership.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with local and international clients, ensuring the highest standards of service.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, visual merchandising, stock management, and team performance.

We are looking for a proven luxury retail leader with strong people-management skills, a commercial mindset, and a track record of driving sales and team success within a premium or luxury fashion environment. Candidates must have the right to work in the UK.
