Store Manager – Own the Operation, Shape the Future
As a Store Manager, you’ll lead with confidence, drive high-performance teams, and set the benchmark in a dynamic retail environment.
You’ll lead from the front—delivering against commercial targets, fostering a culture where customers love to shop and teams take pride in their surroundings. This is a role for resilient, commercial leaders who thrive on accountability, ambition, and impact—spanning standards, service, profit, and people.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the retail plan – Oversee all facets of store performance (commercial, operational, visual, and people) to achieve P&L targets.
- Set strategy and direction – Ensure every colleague understands their role and is held accountable for results.
- Drive change – Steer transformation initiatives with clarity, urgency, and pace.
- Build a high-performance culture – Coach managers, develop talent, and create a welcoming, inclusive store environment.
- Leverage data and insights – Make fast, confident decisions that boost profitability, service, and efficiency.
- Drive digital and omnichannel adoption – Enable teams to sell seamlessly across all platforms.
- Represent your store – Advocate for your team, articulate challenges, and enact improvements with accountability.
- Create an exceptional customer experience – Maintain high standards, inspirational visual merchandising, and agile teams.
