General Manager – Stradivarius

Are you a dynamic, fashion-driven leader who thrives in fast-paced retail?

We’re looking for a General Manager to lead one of our high-volume Stradivarius stores — someone who can drive performance, inspire teams, and bring our brand to life on the shop floor every day.

About Stradivarius

Stradivarius is trend-led, feminine and fashion-forward bringing newness to our customers quickly and consistently. We stay close to what’s happening now, transforming the latest trends into easy-to-wear collections with strong styling and attention to detail. Our stores are fast-paced and product-driven, where strong visuals, great merchandising and a positive team culture create an inspiring customer experience.

The Role

As General Manager, you’ll take full ownership of the store’s performance.

You’ll lead with pace, energy and clarity — driving commercial results while building an inclusive, high-performing team culture. This is a hands-on leadership role in a constantly changing environment where agility, resilience and strong decision-making are key.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
