🕒Hours: 37.5 | 9.00am - 5.30pm - Hybrid working available depending on role responsibilities with 2 days working from home and 3 days in our stylish, modern and collaborative office close to East Croydon Station.

The purpose of this role is to effectively manage the on-site execution, delivery, and successful opening of all assigned implementation projects. Reporting into an Implementation manager with nationwide travel expected.
📅Here's The Exciting Bit… A Day Includes
- Managing merchandising teams and delivering on site activity for all assigned projects across Superdrug.
- Daily communication to store/Implementation Manager /Project Support manager and key head office departments.
- Review project progress and make decisions and implement plans to deliver best in class project delivery.
- Ensure revenue cost reporting to the implementation manager is delivered in a timely manner. Review on site resource management needs in line with the project scope.
- Deliver the commercial plan as per the project plan.

- You need to have some experience in retail merchandising / planogram compliance.
- Educated to GCSE or above level would be valuable.
- You will understand the core principles of effective planning and organizing skills.
- Experience Of Being a Good Team Player Is Essential.
- Driving License and willingness to travel.
