Store Supervisor
Store Supervisor - London Westfield White City
About the Role
We are looking for a full-time Store Supervisor to join our team in our inaugural London boutique at Westfield White City.
The Store Supervisor / Key Holder plays a critical role in the day-to-day leadership of the Aroma-Zone store. Acting as a role model on the shop floor, they:
- Support the Store Manager in delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Drive commercial performance
- Ensure operational excellence
This role carries responsibility for opening and closing the store while supporting the team during trading hours.
You will role-model Aroma-Zone’s Self-CARE values, fostering:

Key Areas of Responsibility
Customer Experience & Brand Ambassadorship
- Deliver outstanding, warm and educational customer service
- Act as a trusted Aroma-Zone brand ambassador by:
- Expertly explaining ingredients, routines and benefits
- Supporting the team in offering personalised advice
- Building trust with customers through knowledge
Team Support & Leadership
- Assist the Store Manager in:
- Motivating, coaching, and developing team members
- Lead shifts with:
- Confidence
- Pacing and energy that elevates the shop floor experience
- Onboard new team members, with a focus on product knowledge and customer routines
- Serve as the first point of contact for new team members, addressing issues with:
- Professionalism
- Compassion

Commercial Performance
- Contribute to store KPIs, including:
- Sales
- Average Transaction Value (ATV)
- Unit Per Transaction (UPT)
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Promote sales of:
- Hero products
- Seasonal launches
- Routine bundles
- Identify performance-improvement opportunities and share insights with the Store Manager
- Support in-store events, workshops, and brand activations
Operations & Key Holder Responsibilities
- Open and close the store strictly following company procedures
- Ensure compliance with:
- Cash handling
- Till operations
- End-of-day processes
- Oversee stock management, including:
- Deliveries
- Replenishment
- Stock accuracy
- Maintain:
- Health & safety standards
- Security protocols
- Operational excellence
Communication & Collaboration
- Facilitate clear communication between:
- Store team
- Management
- Cascade messages to the team, including:
- Promotions
- New product launches
- Brand updates
- Provide regular feedback on:
- Customer insights
- Product feedback
- Team needs

- Previous retail experience in a supervisory or senior sales role—preferably in beauty, wellness, or premium retail
- Strong operational and organisational skills
- Thrives in a structured, well-run environment
