Store Supervisor
Store Supervisor – Wembley, London
We’re looking for a motivated, enthusiastic Store Supervisor to join our Vans team! As part of the VF Family, you’ll play a vital role in driving consumer experience and shaping our iconic lifestyle brand.
About the Role
As a Store Supervisor, you’ll act as the bridge between store management and the sales team, ensuring a culture of service, sales, and creativity Cardiff.
Responsibilities
In this entry-level management position, you’ll support the management team by:
- Driving sales and profitability
- Coaching and motivating sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service
- Ensuring the store is always customer-ready and maintains brand standards
- Upholding operational policies and procedures, including KPI tracking

What Makes You a Great Store Supervisor?
Essential Qualities & Experience
- People skills: You love engaging with customers and creating a supportive, fun environment.
- Leadership aptitude: You set a great example with your mentorship, enthusiasm, and focus on service excellence.
- Retail experience: Prior experience managing store operations, openings, and closings is a plus.
- Fashion/lifestyle preference: Ideally, you come from a retail or lifestyle background.
- Communication: Fluent written and verbal English (additional languages welcome).
- Tech-savvy: Proficient in MS Office and POS systems.
- Availability: Willing to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
