📍 Location: Denton Crown Point Retail Park

📅 Contract: Full-Time / Part-Time available

🕐 Flexibility: Monday–Sunday (rotating shifts including evenings and weekends)

As a Store Supervisor, you’ll support the Store Manager to deliver an exceptional retail experience. You’ll coach the team, keep the store looking premium, drive sales, and make sure every customer leaves feeling confident. You’re hands-on, energetic, and great at building strong customer and colleague relationships.

Your mission? Create a standout shopping experience and support a high-performing team. Be proactive, lead by example, and help us set the standard across the high street.

  • 📊 Drive sales & KPIs

Analyse daily performance, support stock and merchandising plans, and help the team hit targets through great service and selling techniques.

  • 🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Coach and develop the team

Deliver on-the-job training, give regular feedback, manage rotas with the manager, and help create a supportive, inclusive team culture.

  • 🎯 Run events & operational tasks

Lead on product launches, in-store activations, stock replenishment, visual standards, and ensure compliance with company procedures.

  • 🧼 Maintain a premium store

Keep visual merchandising and stock rooms tidy, ensure health & safety standards are met, and present the store to brand expectations.

🙌 About you

  • Confident leader who motivates others and leads by example.
  • Strong communicator with excellent customer service skills.
  • Organised, dependable, and able to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for streetwear, trainers, and retail is a plus, with a willingness to learn.
  • Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.
