About Us

Nobody’s Child is for the free thinkers, the dreamers, and the go-getters. Born in 2015, we’ve spent the last decade creating clothes that feel as good as they look for people that embrace individuality, live with purpose, and want to leave the world a little better than they found it. It’s been 10 years of creativity, growth, and bold ideas, and the values that guide us haven’t changed.

About You

It’s an exciting time to join Nobody’s Child as we have recently opened a new store in Bluewater. We’re looking for an experienced and inspiring Store Supervisor in a full-time and flexible capacity to play a key role in launching this new location and helping to build a high-performing, values-led team from the ground up.

As a passionate leader and brand ambassador, you’ll lead by example on the shop floor, delivering exceptional customer experiences while living and breathing our values every day. You’ll support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in driving sales, developing the team, and ensuring the store operates seamlessly, all while creating a positive, inclusive and empowering environment where people and ideas can thrive.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident supervisor who enjoys being hands-on, thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, and is excited by the chance to be part of a new store opening and an evolving brand. You’ll bring energy, optimism, and a genuine passion for people, fashion, and sustainability, helping to shape the success and culture of the Bluewater store from day one.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
