Store Supervisor (Full Time)

About the Role
We are hiring for a Full-Time Store Supervisor to join one of our exciting retail stores based with Footasylum.
Your role will involve working closely with the existing team to deliver the best possible customer shopping experience. At Footasylum, we place great value on our front-end retail staff and this is reflected in every aspect of our work.
The primary function of a Store Supervisor is to oversee retail staff within the store environment. You will be responsible for:
- Monitoring employee performance
- Solving day-to-day operational issues
- Assisting customers when needed
- Supporting the Store Manager in ensuring the team maximises sales, operates with a service-first mentality, and maintains high standards.
Each day will bring variety, and you will contribute to sustainable growth through best practices across our retail estate. Footasylum is proud to offer investment in training and development, providing you with the tools to achieve, develop, and progress.

About You
The ideal candidate will:
- Have a strong passion for Fashion Retail and align with our company values
- Have prior experience in Fashion Retail (preferable)
- Be capable of managing and motivating teams effectively
- Thrive in independent and collaborative work environments
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excel in fast-paced environments with excellent organisation
- Uphold a customer-first mentality
