Store Supervisor

About the Role
As a Store Supervisor at Levi Strauss & Co., you'll drive performance, elevate customer experience, and lead a dynamic team in an innovative environment where creativity and actionable ideas thrive. You’ll bridge the gap between our products, customers, and our Stylists while fostering growth through mentorship and development.
Key Responsibilities
The role is multi-faceted, ensuring seamless store operations while boosting revenue and team success:
Performance & Operations
- Support and deputise for the management team in achieving KPIs and implementing schemes to drive profit.
- Set and implement daily and weekly team sales targets—tracking progress against goals.
- Monitor KPIs and team performance via analytics, then act on insights to update senior staff.
- Assist with core operations:
- Inventory and stock management
- Handling payroll, HR admin, and employment schedules
