Store Supervisor (Perm, Full-Time) – Regent Street, London

We’re looking for a motivated, enthusiastic Store Supervisor to join our The North Face team based in our flagship store on Regent Street, London.

As a supervisor here, you’ll act as the key link between store management and the sales team, driving service, sales, and exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

In this entry-level management position, you’ll support the Store and Assistant Store Manager in:

  • Driving sales and profitability
  • Coaching and motivating sales associates to deliver top-tier customer service
  • Maintaining store standards in line with The North Face’s visual merchandising guidelines and brand aesthetic
  • Ensuring operational policies and KPIs are met, contributing to store success
  • Taking responsibility for store opening/closing, including managing teams when needed

Who We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate brings: ✔ A passion for customer service – Love engaging with people and creating a vibrant, thriving team ✔ Leadership in action – Hands-on mindset, enthusiasm, and energy to inspire the team ✔ Retail experience preferred – Ideally with fashion or lifestyle retail background ✔ Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a bonus) ✔ Proficiency in POS systems and MS Office ✔ Flexibility for weekend, evening, and holiday shifts as required
